Stress-related health issues are one of the biggest factors leading to reduced productivity both in the workplace and due to sick days off from the workplace. The demands of a modern day, fast-paced lifestyle can also be a drain on health. Yoga offers a way of addressing these issues, helping to reduce stress, improve stress management, increase motivation and encourage individuals to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, and in so doing, benefit the workplace.
The benefits of yoga for staff in the workplace include, amongst others, increased energy, motivation and enthusiasm; increased creativity, clarity and focus; reduction of stress, anxiety and fear; and more harmonious interaction with others. That which benefits the individual, benefits the whole, and therefore as wellbeing improves on a personal level, the wellbeing of the business itself improves.
The services Bronwen offers include regular classes at the workplace, and once-off classes/workshops for conferences/team-building events. An early morning pre-breakfast or pre-lunch yoga session is excellent at these events as an energizer, to enhance creative thinking, clarify the mind, and improve focus and concentration.
