Bronwen offers one-to-one personal development coaching. Her aim is to help people attain better health through a holistic approach and a well-balanced lifestyle. She uses her qualifications and experience in Yoga, Kinesiology, Nutrition and Counselling to devise personalised lifestyle plans to suit individual needs. These plans include a personal yoga practice, pranayama (breath work), meditation, diet, personal development (mental/emotional/spiritual balancing) and other lifestyle suggestions depending on individual circumstances.
