WELLBEING: “a contented state of being happy and healthy, prosperous and successful”.

Wellbeing depends largely on the body-mind-spirit balance.

Body-mind-spirit imbalances result from disturbances in our life energy or life force, and inhibit our natural healing and transformational processes on all levels. When we are “out of balance”, we experience the symptoms of ill health, whether physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually.

The practice of Yoga provides the tools we need for restoring the body-mind-spirit balance, and transforming all aspects of body-mind-spirit to their highest potential. It enables our life energy to flow through our beings in the most balanced way, and to where it is most needed.

Through Yoga we can create awareness of and take responsibility for our wellbeing on all levels, and learn to live such that our enhanced wellbeing can be for the benefit of all.
